Dancing through life, and steering with dedication and passion, Emma graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Dance Performance in 2007.  The following years saw her perform across Australia and internationally, working with talented and respected artists.

Emma considers her love of dance and movement to be a great gift in her life, allowing her to grow, express and meet new communities. One being the Restless Dance Theatre where her love of inclusive practice was first awoken.

Stemming from this relationship has been opportunities to develop her skills in education, direction, community enhancement and critical analysis, and awarded her multiple collaborations with disability organisations in Adelaide and across Asia.

Emma truly enjoys being in service and taking care of others, holding in her heart a special place for the hospitality industry. For two decades Emma spent time in restaurants and kitchens culminating in her managing one of Adelaide’s top tiered restaurants for three years. In 2022, Emma continues to learn as she takes on her newest challenge, a master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapies (Dance Movement). She is present, compassionate, and conscientious, loves to be silly and celebrates diversity in all her work.
