Covid-
Amplify takes appropriate safety measures and precautions at our events. We encourage and provide the use of masks, hand sanitiser, and safe distancing. Participants engage in Amplify events at their own discretion.
Weather-
Amplify events will at times be weather dependent. In the case of bad weather, the event will be relocated to an appropriate venue and Amplify participants will be notified 24 hours prior to event of the new location. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN for change of location.
Event Cancellation-
In the event of cancellation, Amplify participants will receive FULL credit towards an upcoming event (within 6 months). If the participant cannot commit to a future event, a FULL refund will be made within 7 days.
Refund Policy-
Cancellation within 14-days- a FULL refund will be made.
Cancellation within 7-days- a PARTIAL refund will be made. Amplify will refund support costs ONLY. Alternatively, the Amplify participant can choose to forward support cost credit towards a future event (within 6 months). Event ticket costs WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Cancellation within 48 hours- NO refunds or credits will be made.
